1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before Pickup:
  • Full refund of the rental fee.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund with no penalties.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup:
  • Partial refund of 50% of the rental fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a partial refund. The remaining amount is retained as a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy:
  • No refund is provided for no-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle without prior notice).

2. Early Returns

  • Unused Rental Days:
  • If the vehicle is returned before the end of the rental period, no refund is issued for unused rental days or kilometers.

3. Security Deposit Refunds

  • Deposit Return:
  • The refundable security deposit is returned within 3-5 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
  • Any damages, fines, or fuel shortages will be deducted from the security deposit, and the balance will be refunded.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline:
  • Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation or vehicle return, depending on the payment method used.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. In case of payment by bank transfer, account details will be required for processing.
  • Additional Charges:
  • Any extra charges for late returns, damages, or fuel will be deducted from the final refund amount.

5. Modifications and Rebooking

  • Booking Modifications:
  • Any changes to the rental booking (e.g., change in rental period or vehicle type) must be made at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
  • Rebooking is subject to availability, and any difference in rental rates or fees will be applied.
  • Rebooking Fee:
  • If rebooking results in a lower rental fee, a rebooking fee of 10% of the initial booking amount may apply, and the balance will be refunded.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Late return charges
  • Fines for traffic violations or damage to the vehicle
  • Additional charges for extra services (e.g., GPS rental, child seats) once used
